PCS Application (APPLY ONLINE)
Once you have created your PCS account, you can complete the online application. To do so, please follow the steps below.
Barber and Cosmetology-related professions, click here.
Body Art-related professions, click here.
1. Enter the e-mail address and password provided during account set-up.
2. You are now in the online application; select the appropriate license type (i.e., Cosmetology).
3. Continue with the online application until all required fields have been completed.
4. Choose the examinations you wish to take.
5. Select Payment Option.
You must complete the online application using your legal name – the name that appears on your current government-issued photo identification (i.e. Driver’s License).
Logging into your Homepage
1. Go to http://www.pcshq.com
2. Click Client Portal
3. Enter e-mail address and password
4. Click Log In
5. Upload all required documentation. (See eligibility page for requirements)
